RCSSA

The RCSSA Team work across the educational sector (including preschools, child care centres, schools and colleges) through to state and local government, hospitality and aged care industries.

Passionate about OHS/WHS, risk and compliance RCSSA work with EduHealth clients to help minimise exposure to risk.

Key services relating to Risk and Compliance include:

  1. OHS Health Checks – we bring the 'Fresh Eyes' to a workplace. RCSSA provide a workplace Risk Gap Analysis (RGA). The RGA identifies hazards, assesses risks and prepared a means to control identified risks and review of control measures.

  2. Workplace Training - RCSSA offers a range of engaging and interactive OHS training options. Our safety courses are facilitated at your School, ensuring your workplace health and safety training is relevant to your environment. Training includes - OHS for Managers and Supervisors, OHS Awareness and Risk Management, OHS Committee Training, Incident Investigation and Contractor Management. All participants receive a certificate of attendance.

  3. Essential Services & Asset Management - RCSSA can implement a scheduled maintenance, security, risk, compliance, facilities and services management program for your business.

  4. Playground Audits and Inspection - RCSSA are certified international playground inspectors. We audit your playground and establish a Playground Safety Management System (AS4685.0:2017).

  5. Return to Work and Mental Health Plans - RCSSA can assist injured employees recover at work or return to employment as soon as their recovery allows. We can liaise with the injured worker and establish a return to work plan and a Mental Health First Aid Action Plan.”
